How would you react if a group of thugs suddenly approached you and illegally asked you to hand over your car keys?
Well a guy had this situation recently, but luckily he didn’t have much to say about what happened next. But young pit bulls certainly did.
Ellabelle and Ladybug are two adorable Pitbull dogs who have been disowned and abandoned by their former owners.
Life hasn’t always been so sweet for the two kittens, but that hasn’t stopped them from hoping that one day they will get the love of a human.
Their wait was ended when they were adopted by Robert McGowan, their new adoptive father.
According to him, the two dogs are calm and serene by nature. “They are very obedient and shy. They are not aggressive at all,” McGowan told The Dodo.
Ellabelle and Ladybug have shown nothing but love for their new father.Although he knew how much the Rescue Girls loved him, he had no idea how far they were willing to go to protect him… until someone tried to hurt him.
McGowan suffered only a left black eye from would-be thieves.
Thanks to the bravery of his ladies, his car was not stolen and he only had to treat a minor injury.
Ellabelle and Ladybug ended up being spoiled by Dad with tons of bounties. Of course, that’s the least he can do to reward his hero Pitbull puppies for saving him.
“They have the toys and the candy,” McGowan said.
McGowan knows a fact that his love for his little furry ladies falls short of what they did not only to save his car, but more importantly, his life.
He just hopes his story reaches more people to raise awareness and hopefully encourage more good people to open their homes to house dogs who need a family forever.
“These are rescues. Unwanted dogs. have saved my life.”
