However, Adele’s response to the widower deeply touched millions of her fans, evoking tears from them as well. The TikTok video posted on @adeleaccess garnered the highest number of views among all other videos, surpassing 14 million.

In the video, the elderly man raised his phone as the British singer passed by his side, accompanied by a gesture where he placed his hand over his heart. Initially, it seemed Adele hadn’t noticed the gentleman, but when she returned to the stage to perform “Someone Like You,” her emotions overwhelmed her.

“This is for you, sir, who’s showing me his wife on his phone,” Adele remarked. “He’s right there, can you see him holding his phone up? I believe that’s his wife on his phone, and I don’t think she’s here, and it just really moved me.”

Adele then directly addressed the widower, expressing regret for not immediately understanding what he was trying to convey. Amidst tears, she conveyed her condolences, saying, “I’m so sorry for your loss.”

She proceeded to share her appreciation for the many stories she has heard from her audience. “I wish you could see what I could see,” she expressed.

In another performance, Adele hinted at her fear of performing live, acknowledging that it always terrified her. Before her Las Vegas residency, she didn’t consider herself a touring artist. However, given the success of this concert series, the “Easy on Me” singer admitted she is beginning to find joy and fulfillment in that aspect of her career
