If you ask someone where deer are least likely to walk, the beach should be the best answer. But in Lake Michigan, this is exactly where a deer decided to relax and enjoy it all!
The deer came down from the wooded area and surprised all beach goers by standing in the water and checking out the beach. He wasn’t afraid or shy of everyone. I actually just stood there while everyone was recording and even started licking a little girl nearby! What a unique moment for the people of Saugatuck Dunes State Park.
