Agnes realized she had to do something about her situation. I called Operation Grace.
Operation Blessing is a charitable organization that works to demonstrate God’s love and does so by meeting human needs as well as ending suffering in the United States and around the world.
The organization’s mission includes hunger relief, disaster relief as well as medical and health care, community development, care for orphans and at-risk children, as well as clean water and more Again.
Along with its loyal supporters, the organization is dedicated to providing physical relief to anyone in dire need of assistance.
As soon as people learned of Agnes’ status under Operation Grace, they acted. They went to his property and demolished an old trailer and a shed which posed a big problem. This is the only job they agreed to do.
Then a miracle happened. Agnes went to her property and discovered that many volunteers were starting to show up. These were people Agnes had never asked for his help or expected to appear in her home.
Apparently the people from Operation Grace didn’t tell Agnes they were going to ask for additional help.
Not only did these volunteers do the bare minimum that Agnes needed, but they were also busy building a new path for her to her garden.
They also planted flowerbeds in Agnes’ garden. All the rubble in front of his house was removed. They even fixed his roof.
Agnès is now proud of her property. You tell people how the volunteers got started and did a great job. Agnès considers them as her little angels.
She loved them and told all the volunteers that she would never forget them.
These were people willing to help and assist a nonagenarian widow in a very difficult situation. The volunteers of this organization did more than what was asked of them. They did it to help improve the life of someone who struggles in daily life.
