Rhodesian Ridgeback became a close friend of Tim and was often referred to as his “son”.

Unfortunately, his pup had to be put out, according to Sporting News. Tim was sad about his late dog posted on Instagram showing bouncing pictures of the two of them, as well as a video of him feeding his son cheese as he cries.

He commented on the post with a sad note saying it was “one of the hardest goodbyes”. He thanked the Broncos for the joy and the memories, and then thanked the many humans for sharing their love with the Broncos.

An additional Instagram post shows more photos of the happy times together as well as a photo of him “Tebowing” in prayer on his knees near Bronco’s grave. He noted that he dropped him off in a “really special place” and thanked those who sent him to pray. In a touching final note, he wrote, “I love you Bronco, thanks for being the cutest boy.”
