Angel’s grandmother loved spending time with her, but she was becoming increasingly anxious. For a few months, she has not seen her dear granddaughter. I finally decided to contact law enforcement and ask them to do a family welfare check. Law enforcement officials asked nursery teacher Tracy Harrell to help with the search.
When the police searched the house with Tracy, they couldn’t believe what they found.
The owners were locked in a small cupboard under the stairs of the house.
The 5-year-old girl had beautiful blonde curls, a big smile and blue eyes. When the police found her, it was clear that she had been the victim of horrific abuse. She looked weak and frail, and her blue eyes expressed her pain and sadness.
More than that, she was dirty and visibly burned and battered. Bruises wrapped around his neck. Angel told the police she couldn’t remember the last time she ate.
Harrell told a local reporter that the girl’s head was partially shaved. The unshaven areas of his head had spots where it looked like someone had pulled his hair out. When Angel saw Harrell, she visibly wrapped her arms around her as she shook Harel’s neck and clung to her. Angel asks Harel not to leave her.
Fortunately, the daycare teacher was able to provide an immediate sense of security to a child who had obviously been severely abused
