The police have been the victim of all the negativity. Everyone seems to forget the amazing things the police do and are quick to point fingers and blame them when bad things happen.
Sally Cheng had a difficult childhood. At the age of 14, she was placed in a retirement home and found it difficult to settle down. However, Officer Ralph Torres was there as a teenager during his tough times.
Ralph has become a pillar of hope for the teenager. Cheng graduated from high school and college, but he never forgot Ralph. She later became a police officer with the NYPD, but that did not prevent Torres’ loss.
