When World Horse Welfare rescuers reached an icy field, they saw two mares and two foals freeze to death. One of the couples was Macy and her foal Loca. They looked like they were abandoned. These poor animals were frozen, starving and completely exhausted. And the cold didn’t help much. Macy was shaking wildly and it’s heartbreaking to see that she may have lost all hope of living.
The vet arrived at the scene and thought Macy had to leave; it was too week. But when she got up, they realized that there was still a little spark left in this mother. They were therefore taken to the Hall Farm Rescue and Rehoming Center in the UK for further treatment and rehabilitation. You will be touched when you see Macy’s now.
