Joe gained popularity through a fetching video, which led to his speedy adoption. Similarly, Burreaux’s video went viral, capturing hearts with his charming smile, earning him the endearing title of “LSU Pup ‘Burreaux.'”

While Joe and Burreaux found their forever homes, their sister O remained available for adoption, but the Humane Society diligently ensured she met potential adopters too.

Burreaux’s smile caught the attention of many visitors, propelling him to fame, featuring on the front page of the Shreveport Times, People Magazine’s homepage, and the local news.

Thanks to the Facebook video, Burreaux found his perfect home when Hollie King saw it and decided to adopt him, giving him the name Pappy. Pappy is now a content and joyous dog, embracing his new family. Hollie mentions that the smile hasn’t been seen at home, speculating that he might have used it to win over his family.

Regardless, that infectious smile worked its magic, granting the little puppy the loving home of his dreams. Pappy enjoys watching movies, playing in the grass, and going on outings with Hollie, living a life filled with happiness
