A female dog was abandoned on the road shortly after she was born, and the Dog Rescue Shelter in Mladenovac, Serbia, was alerted to the situation. When the rescuers arrived, they saw the mother on the grass waiting with her dogs for the owners to return. And she would do whatever it takes to keep her children safe.
But the owners will never return. The little family has been loaded into the rescue van and is now in good hands. The puppies were so small that they hadn’t opened their eyes yet. It’s a good thing they were saved when they were.
Molly has been an amazing mom through it all and continues to put her dogs first. All are currently received and properly cared for, and will be offered for adoption when ready. Many thanks to the nonprofit Dog Rescue Shelter for their commendable work!
