Brundage was living alone in his house when the fire broke out. He saved his life from the impending fire by driving to the parking lot in the nearby town. The position was a refuge for the other inhabitants of Paradise. There he met Tracy Grant and Josh Fox, a cute couple who helped out by serving burgers to residents.
The sheriff ordered the evacuees to leave the area. This left Brundige with no choice but to come up with “Burger Girl”, as Grant called it.
Now Brundige lives comfortably with the couple and their dogs. Grant made sure he had everything he needed and was grateful for the couple’s kind hearts. I reassured the old warrior that he could stay as long as he needed.
Grant is optimistic that the houses and campfire area will not be habitable for some time. Even if his house did not burn down, the facilities would not be available to him.
Grant called Brundage’s son and told him his father was in a safe place. The couple also learned that Brundige had many friends and was loved by his community.
At horrific events such as the campfire, many people think it’s the end of the world. But good guys like Tracy Grant and Josh Fox make it less devastating. The world needs more people like them.
These kinds of intimate stories are proof that kindness towards people still exists. Would you do the same if you were a Grant?
