Brandi told ABC News that the three were on their way to a theme park when they saw a car accident. Because Brandy was worried about the occupants of the car, she stopped to help. However, while she was on the phone with the emergency flyer asking for help, the man who caused the wreckage began to approach the truck carrying Maddie and Molly.

Brandi realized this wasn’t normal, and started screaming and rushing towards her daughters. However, before she could get to the truck, the kidnapper got into the car and started shouting that he should get out of this place.

Then try to leave with the two girls in the truck. Fortunately, Maddie and Molly come from a family of police officers and firefighters, which made them know how to handle such situations.

Maddie said she went for it and let her instincts take over. “Nothing has crossed my mind except that he is mentally ill and needs to get out of the car,” the 12-year-old told WKTR. She started punching the man in the face while screaming for help. Obviously, the decisions she made helped salvage the situation for her and her little sister.
