Mandy and Amber approach the school administration to change something about the lack of a lunch program. Surprisingly, the student and her mother were removed. The school management claimed that the meals are prepared in accordance with legal guidelines. Unfortunately, nothing can be done to improve or change the quality of the food.
Unfortunately, the poor quality of cafeteria food has had a negative impact on many students. Many students attending the school were entitled to reduced or free meals. This means that many families do not have the resources to provide their children with nutritious and delicious meals outside of school.
These students got stuck eating what the cafeteria had prepared. In addition, some of these students did not have any other meals outside of school. It seemed like these kids would stumble upon unhealthy, messy lunches every day.
Amber was not satisfied with the response given by the school administration. She was determined to make changes in the failing school cafeteria. With hundreds of students championing her cause, Amber finally had a bright idea.
Since implementing his plan, the director has decided to respond with his own positive and real changes. Now the whole school is enjoying healthier and tastier meals.
